I believe everything would have been different. But of course its all a guess. There are other things to consiter too. Would Keef still have had his drug problem of the 70s if Brian was still in the band? If so, since there would be no Taylor to take over the lead guitar, would have Brian? Brian could play some mean lead guitar riffs too but the problem was by the late sixtes he was not into to the guitar anymore. But I bet if that did happen he might have seem the opportunely to be a leader in the band again and would have gone for it. But in turn, if that happened would he then be driven back to abusing drugs from the pressure? Deep down I think if Brian had cleaned up and lived he still would have left the band in '69 and I bet he would have returned when MT left in '75. I guess another question would be if he would have gotten back with Anita after she and Keef broke up.
