It's not the most commercially popular - but it has every single thing that the Stones have in their bag of tricks. I agree wholeheartedly. Great vocals, great lyrics, great intro, great backing vocals, great bridge, great outro, great solo, GREAT drums - especially at the end when Keith changes the guitar up a bit for the final coda. Bitchin' tune. Something that sounds effortless but probably was NOT at all. Took a lot of time and thought I bet - but still sounds loose. That's what makes the Stones the Stones.
