Well, now, I am a big fan of the Pogues, who did a cover of Honky Tonk Women featuring, I believe, not only banjo & accordion but also the venerable tin whistle, so let's not exclude ANY instruments from At The Risk Of Whining (ATROW to those hepcats in the know). The Pogues also did a bang-up cover of London Calling with their good buddy Joe Strummer on a great video I have. Again with the accordion. AND there's one in "The Worst". It's not just on the Lawrence Welk Show anymore.
By the way, and this is probably old news to everyone but me, but I was just over at the OFFICIAL ROLLING STONES WEB SITE (no, not the one in Scandalknavia) and saw, on the News page, a quote taken from USA Today by one JIMMY WHITLEY, 24. I guess this is what the "THE" is all about....? I am so SLOW sometimes. I mean, I knew you were in McPaper, but THIS is something else altogether!
