I'd say FPM is your best source for that information, but I really like Muddy Waters at Newport 1960 and Jimmy Reed's Bright Lights, Big City (on VeeJay's Hall of Fame series). The former has one drawback - it's too short! The latter is a greatest hits type of thing, but they did a great job of picking the material for this (especially from a Stones fan's point of view). Songs the Stones covered are:
Bright Lights Big City
Shame Shame Shame
Honest I Do
Ain't That Loving You Baby
AND a song the Yardbirds covered, I Ain't Got You.
