Get Hubert Sumlin. The Howlin' Wolf sessions, in the which Keith was SUPPOSED to record with him; Charlie and Bill, Eric and others are on it...Hubert is a great way to start as he's about as down to the nittygritty as you can realistically get. His new record is on hold fer now but look for it early 2001: "Hubert Plays Muddy"...
