: : One of the perks of seeing the Stones on the current tour, with its "up close and
personal" format, is being able to actually make eye contact with the
band............
: There is nothing like making eye contact with Mick.............
: My second show ever, Alpine Valley, 89. I was in the first row of seats in back of
what's called the pit, a lower section of floor. So I was at eye level with the band whil
the pit was below me. I had brought a pair of binoculars, and several times during Sad Sad
Sad and Miss You (when he stayed in one place with the guitar) he would look right at me
and I could only imagine what he was thinking...I was the only one with binoculars in the
first 50 rows, but he seemed to focus on me and my group (it was right in front of him
so...) This little effort by him made me feel a little special, like a connection was
made!! It was his invisable lust-laser right Fleebit??
