Unlike my tickets for the '89, '94, '97, '98, and '99 shows -- all of which say "no cameras or recorders" -- my '81 ticket said "No Weapons" -- That says it all!
When my buddy and I went to Buffalo, he took his camera case with him -- the guy at the front gate opened it, picked up two of his lenses and looked underneath for weapons -- found none, put the lenses back and in we went.
Lots of bikers -- also saw a guy shoot up -- very different from today.
