you give several sevens to songs you don't care for. Why is that? In my book 7 is a better than average song.
: : total average 113 divided by 15 = 7.53333333
: My average - 6.6
: : As you can see Emotional Rescue comes in just a bit ahead of VL. But it is almost too close to call. Therefore we must proceed to the final comparison.
: VL wins in my ratings game. But it is close. I'm somewhat surprised, not with my ER picks but a few of my VL ones. I think today I might rate it a little higher. I mean I still play VL and dig it. I rarely play ER anymore.
Several things, its all done on memory. And in all honesty, In my book I really would have rated VL lower than I did. I just wanted it to match up so it just lost by a tiny bit. All of my VL ratings were too high except for the songs I gave nines on. I stick by my ER ratings though. I really like that album. My problem with it mainly is that is has a terrable flow to it. It starts off disco and switches to the When the Whip Comes down style for like 5 songs then turns into mush after that. I like some of the mush, but it really makes it not very listenable all the way through.
Question, what do you consider to be the good keith songs. I really haven't liked any except the Worst since All About You. Except that one on SW, slipping away? Maybe I have the name wrong, I am having brain lock on SW rgith now.
My keith pciks go in this order
Happy
You Got the Silver
Before they Make Me run
All About You
Coming Down Again
The Worst
those are the only ones I really like, but I might be forgetting some
I am not including all of the songs where he sings some or half, just the ones he sings most or all
