An outtake from Olympic Studios recorded in 1963. Other sources say it was recorded at Trident Studios in late 1969, or early 1970. Now I'm hearing it was recorded in Jamaica in '72. Well the only cut I've heard sounds like it comes from '63, it has that early '60s simple sound to it.
